Starting January 15, 2019, inputting your PIN (Personal Identification Number) will not be required when calling an unmasked phone number from a RealSelf inquiry. If you continue to communicate with inquiries received prior to January 15, 2019 through the masked phone number, you will still be prompted to use your PIN only if you’re calling from an unverified phone number.
What is a PIN?
Each provider receives a unique PIN (Personal Identification Number), located in the top-left corner of your Dashboard. If you call a masked phone number from a number that is not verified on your RealSelf account, you may be asked to enter the PIN to proceed with the call. The number you’re calling from will then be added to your verified number list and you will not need to enter the PIN from this number again.
Where do I find my PIN?
Your PIN is located on your Dashboard. Steps to find your PIN:
- Login to RealSelf.com here
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select your dashboard
- Your PIN is located below your name
