Where are My Dashboard Performance Stats (Response Times and Response Rates)?

The response rate and time leaderboard you currently see at the top of your RealSelf Dashboard will go away starting January 15, 2019. This data was powered by the email and phone activity we were previously able to track through the masking feature know as Private Relay. Since we are retiring the feature in order to give you unmasked contact details, we can no longer track response rates on behalf of your practice.

We heard from our Business Advisory Board that the simpler experience and access to unmasked contact information far outweighed the benefit of receiving automated response rate and time data.
