What is the Email Lead Notification Service?
The Email Lead Notification Service is a system that alerts RealSelf doctors to new patient inquiries.
Will I be able to communicate with my prospective patients via email the same way I do today?
Yes. For leads generated prior to December 31, 2015, we recommend that you copy and paste the email address of the inquirer to a new message in your email service. For leads generated after December 31, 2015, you can click “Reply” in your email client or any of the calls-to-action in the notification email.
Do I need to make any changes to the way I manage leads?
No, you will not need to make any changes to your lead management system.
Will I be able to use my existing email client?
Yes, you will still be able to use your existing email client to communicate with your leads.
I'm using a Customer Relation Management (CRM) system for lead management. Will it be impacted by this change?
Maybe, depending on how your CRM extracts the lead’s address from the notification email. You should check with your individual CRM system account manager to ensure that its service is not interrupted.
