Business Pages are where you provide information to consumers about your practice. This is where you can begin to establish a relationship with consumers and gain their trust. Learn more

Creating Business Pages
The “Add Business Profile Page” tool lets you create new Business Pages via your dashboard  on RealSelf.com. Business Pages become a permanent part of the RealSelf site and increasing your overall presence on the site. Consumers can find the Business Page you create through search and the RealSelf directory, submit consultations requests and leave reviews

Requirements and Restrictions

1. At least one doctor on RealSelf must be associated with your practice. If your doctor is not available to be linked, then they can claim their doctor profile
2. Doctor must be in good standing and abide by the RealSelf Terms of Service.

Getting Started - How to create a Business Page
After claiming  your profile and setting your profile preferences, follow these steps to create your Business Page:

• Log in to your account and go to your Dashboard.
• Click “Add Business Profile Page” in the left hand navigation bar.
• Complete the following fields:
  • Business Name & Type
  • Contact Information - Email addresses to send inquiries
    • Email addresses entered will not displayed to consumers
  • Doctors
    • At least one doctor on RealSelf must be associated with your practice. If you cannot find a doctor, ask them to claim their profile
  • Business Hours
    • Time Zone
  • Operating hours by day
  • Treatments offered
    • Treatments offered are limited to those associated with doctors linked to the practice profile

When you've entered your required information, select the check box to confirm you agree with the terms of service then click "Create This Business Now"

It can take up to 4 business days for your profile to be displayed on RealSelf.

Updating Your Business Page

You can update your Business Page details any time, (address, website, etc.), but it may take about 48 hours for your changes to display on the page.  To make updates:

1. Log in to your account and go to your Dashboard.
2. Click the link to the Business Page that you want to update in the left hand navigation bar.
3. Update information as needed
4. Click “Save”

Business Page Reviews
RealSelf users can now leave reviews about their experience at your practice. Additionally, doctors linked to the practice will have their review displayed on the Business Page

Practice Treatments
Treatments offered by your practice are prominently displayed on all profiles. Treatment selection is limited to the set associated with doctors linked to the Business Page. Practices can offer less treatments than what is offered by a doctor but never more.

Inquiry Webform
Consultation request webforms are displayed on Business Page if it has an upgraded RealSelf membership 

Inquiry management
The email address entered in the “Contact Information” field is the address where RealSelf will forward all inquiries.
