Sometimes you need to update your question, either to clarify your experience or to communicate directly with a provider. Although you can't directly edit your question once it's been posted, there are a few ways you can keep your content up-to-date:
- Ask a Follow-up Question. You can post a follow-up question just like a regular question. If you had information in your previous post that might be helpful, leave a note in your question (e.g. "This is a follow-up to my first question...") and our moderation team will link the two questions together.
- Resolve Your Question. Has your situation changed since you posted your question? It's helpful for others to know how your situation turned out. You can post an update to your question and let readers know how you're doing now; just contact the RealSelf Customer Support team with the text of your update and we'll add it to your question.
- Provide Feedback on Doctors' Answers. We encourage you to vote on answers that you feel are helpful (or not) by using the "thumbs up" and "thumbs down"arrow symbols next to each answer. This is the most efficient method of sharing your feedback with the doctors.
