Where is My Question?

Questions undergo a short moderation process and generally appear on RealSelf within one business week. You'll receive three emails to help you follow your question:

1. A confirmation email when you submit your question
2. An email when your question can be viewed online
3. An email notifying that a doctor has answered your question

Sometimes, emails get routed to spam folders by mistake or are delayed on their way to you. If you're not sure where to find your question, check your profile page by clicking the Me icon in the lower-right corner of the app. This is where all of your published content is listed.
